During labor and delivery, Maribel's calm and proactive support was a game-changer. In the rush to get to the hospital, we forgot our birth plan. Maribel arrived with extra copies and taped them up in clear view where the hospital staff wouldn't miss it. ...I went from being unaware of what a doula did to being convinced of the value they provide.

We are so blessed by these photos and the moments you captured…we are so thankful! Reliving that day through these photos was so much more positive than I expected because you got all the good moments and even during the hard parts, I am able to see the faces that were all around me even when I was oblivious to the world and they are all smiling and praying for me I'm so happy!

Maribel had a grounding presence in the room — she observed and supported us through very intense moments without intervening unnecessarily or overstepping.

After the birth, Maribel continued to support us by meeting with us to debrief our experience, help us navigate newborn care approaches, and provide breastfeeding support. Those first few weeks at home can feel extremely overwhelming, and having her guidance during that time was very valuable.

It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know you, and digging deeper into a more memorable late pregnancy & birthing experience. Having you present to guide, support, and witness Amaya's birth is something we will always cherish and remember.

As first-time parents, we had a lot of questions, and Maribel always made us feel comfortable asking anything without judgment. We especially appreciated her support on the day of birth. She arrived while my partner was in labor fully prepared with supplies for comfort measures, including massage rollers and other techniques that helped during labor.

As a first-time mom, I truly don't know how I would've gone through pregnancy and birth without Maribel by my side. She was an incredible source of emotional support, knowledge, and comfort for both me and my husband from day one. Maribel has this calm, grounded energy that immediately made me feel safe and understood. She took the time to answer every question (even the ones I asked more than once!) and helped us feel fully prepared for labor and postpartum.
